Relationship with Temple Bright LLP
Source Professional Support Limited frequently works in collaboration with the solicitors’ practice Temple Bright LLP. The three founders and directors of Source Professional Support Limited are also involved in the business of Temple Bright LLP. All three are practising solicitors of England and Wales who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (the SRA).
However, the business of Source Professional Support Limited is wholly separate to the solicitors’ practice operated by Temple Bright LLP. Temple Bright LLP and its business are regulated by the SRA, whereas Source Professional Support Limited and its business are not. Your conducting a contractual or commercial relationship with either of these two entities does not, of itself, create a contractual or commercial relationship with the other entity (although sometimes a separate, parallel relationship may exist).
Your contractual and commercial relationship with Source Professional Support Limited is therefore not an SRA-regulated relationship of a solicitors’ firm with its client, and Source Professional Support Limited, unlike the solicitors’ firm Temple Bright LLP, is not subject to the regulation applicable to solicitors’ firms in England and Wales.
