Source by Temple Bright is a flexible legal support provider serving clients across a broad range of UK industry sectors. We provide high calibre senior lawyers for in-house placements with corporates, public bodies, SMEs and professional firms.
Established by premier new model law firm Temple Bright, Source is a lawyer-led business combining blue chip standards with client-friendly innovation. We are the source for the best professionals.
Legal support for businesses
Drawing on our Panel of carefully selected candidates, we provide City quality legal support for a reasonable price. This includes long and short term in-house placements and discrete one-off tasks. We can provide you with support for an hour or a year, or anything between. Our pledge is that we would rather offer up no candidates than a candidate who is not of sufficient quality or the right fit for your business.
Flexible careers for lawyers
We invite applications from accomplished lawyers who seek to build a flexible career. As lawyers ourselves, we are well qualified to understand your skills, experience and goals, and to identify and tailor placements to suit you. Our collaboration with Temple Bright broadens our service to clients and the range of opportunities for our lawyers, who join a cohesive, flexible team of likeminded colleagues.
Our team and approach
Source is led by three commercial lawyers. Director and CEO Peter Workman has over two decades of experience as a solicitor, including in Magic Circle and Big Four firms. He set up and led a flexible legal support business at each of PwC and KPMG while a corporate partner. Directors Tim Summers and Justyn McIlhinney are the founders of Temple Bright, a firm of over 70 lawyers who work flexibly. Together our three founders have experience of working with clients of every size and profile, and with lawyers of varying career background who are building a flexible career.
Our clients and lawyers are guided personally by our CEO Peter Workman, who gives practical guidance drawing on his extensive experience of corporate transactions and advising in-house legal teams. Peter’s perspective is invaluable in matching candidates to assignments and exploring the potential for cost-effective creative approaches, such as hybrid senior teams involving a combination of Source Panel lawyers and Temple Bright partners.
