Source Professional Support Limited is a limited company registered in England and Wales with registered number 14956194. “Source” and “Source Professional Support” are the business names for the business carried on by Source Professional Support Limited.
Source previously operated using the trading name “Source by Temple Bright”. Nevertheless, Temple Bright is a separate entity and business to Source. Certain historic materials, engagement documentation or online references (including LinkedIn and the Source website) may continue for a limited period to refer to “Source by Temple Bright” and the involvement of the Temple Bright members with Source. Any such references are transitional only and do not affect the legal separation between Source and Temple Bright. A contract with Source does not create one with Temple Bright, and vice versa; statements made by Temple Bright are not made by Source, and vice versa; Source is not responsible for any work or activity carried out by any person on behalf of Temple Bright or its personnel, and vice versa.
Accordingly, all references on this website to “Source”, “Source Professional Support”, “we”, “us” or “our” should be read as referring to Source Professional Support Limited (and not to any other person including Temple Bright).
Correspondence from our directors or staff using a Source (or Source Professional Support) letterhead or email address is written for and on behalf of Source Professional Support Limited, save that statements in such correspondence that do not relate to our business are neither given nor endorsed by Source Professional Support Limited.
Source Professional Support Limited is registered for VAT purposes with registration number GB 447 6394 57.
Privacy policy
We do not accept service of documents (whether in proceedings or otherwise) by email or fax, unless one of our directors expressly confirms to the contrary in writing. The inclusion of an email address and/or fax number on our letterhead shall not of itself be deemed to constitute such confirmation.
You may have read in the press of attempts by criminals to deceive clients of legal services firms into paying money into a bank account that is not that firm’s own account. Neither we nor any business working with us and invoicing you on our behalf will be changing bank details during the course of working with any client. If you receive an email or any other communication asking you to pay money into a different account than the one we or they have notified, please contact Peter Workman on +44 (0) 777 827 5997 and obtain his confirmation of our bank details, both verbally and followed up by an email from him, before you make any payment.
